Return eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

Customized, final sale, or worn items are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to make a return

• Contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
• Hold onto the item in its original condition and packaging.
• We’ll approve your return and send next steps for shipping it back to us.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we can help exchange your order. Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order once the original item is received.
